Benjamin Aziza is an M.A. candidate in the Security Studies Program, concentrating in Terrorism and Substate Violence. Prior to joining SSP, Benjamin obtained a BA in Political Science at the University of Manitoba. Benjamin, a Staff-Sergeant (res.) in the Israeli Military, chose SSP due to the wide variety of students that the program attracts and the opportunity to live in Washington DC. He served as the Admissions and Alumni Fellow for the Security Studies Program in 2018 and is currently a research assistant for Dr. Kim Roberts. After completing the program, Benjamin hopes to pursue a career in risk-management consulting.
