Andy Amunson has extensive experience in Middle East and South Asia issues and currently works for the U.S. Government. He previously served on the National Intelligence Council, aided U.S. military and diplomatic efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan, and over the past fifteen years has supported the White House and other senior U.S. policymakers with both written documents and spoken presentations.

Andy holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees from Macalester College and a master’s degree from Georgetown University. Prior to joining the government, he led teams for management consulting firms serving clients in the technology and financial services industries.
