Theresa Lou
US National Security Policy
Theresa is a fourth-semester SSP student concentrating in U.S. National Security Policy. She received her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service in 2014 and spent a year teaching in Houston, TX before joining the Council on Foreign Relations as a research associate for global governance and security studies. She focuses on security challenges in East Asia, and is now interning in the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy’s Countering WMD office. Theresa loves traveling and consuming copious amounts of bubble tea.
