Olivia Albrighton-Vanway provides administrative support for all SSP core and adjunct faculty, as well as visiting researchers. She also works closely with the SSP staff to plan the Security Studies course plan.
Natalie Cronin manages the annual budget for the Center for Security Studies and works closely with principal investigators on grants and sponsored projects. She is also responsible for administering full-time and part-time faculty appointments, managing CSS spaces, and recruiting, on-boarding, and training student employees to ensure that the daily operations of the Center run smoothly and efficiently.
Nehal Gajjar works with the Director and Assistant Director of Academic Affairs to advise students on academics and registration.
Jessica Gershuny is responsible for managing all aspects of the admissions process including conducting informational interviews with prospective applicants, hosting online chats for prospective and admitted students, representing the Security Studies Program at admissions fairs and other forums, and reviewing prospective student applications.
Nelia Gustafson is responsible for student advising and registration and provides guidance about comprehensive exams, leaves of absence, and other programmatic issues.
Annie Kraft works with the Director of Academic Affairs to advise students on academics and registration. She is also responsible for managing the St. Andrews Exchange Program and advises SSP’s student organizations.
Jordan Moeny handles logistics for the Center’s academic events, conferences, and social events. She also manages all of the Center’s public communications, including social media and newsletters, and much of the Center’s student-facing communications.
Payton Tanner assists in the admissions process alongside the Director of Admissions, as well as coordinating and running the Alumni Mentor Program. She works closely with SSP alumni and current students to provide opportunities for them to create and cultivate meaningful professional relationships.
